Deburring, chamfering, counterboring, combination drilling – HEULE develops and produces solutions for front and back bore machining. They cut the unit costs of the customers by processing both bore edges in one single pass and by increasing the process reliability. For optimized productivity, HEULE also offers application-specific tools in addition to the standardized range.

Since 1961, when HEULE Precision Tools was initially set up as a contract manufacturing business, its goal has been in reducing production times. In order to cover our own needs, we developed tools that can front and back deburr, chamfer and countersink in one operation. HEULE is committed to the values of quality, precision and service. Customised Tools

Deburring Tools
All HEULE deburring tools deburr even and uneven bore edges, front and back in one single pass. The tools remove the burrs and cut a radius-formed edge – without requiring the workpiece to be turned or the spindle to be stopped. The tools ensure a robust and reliable process due to the intuitive tool design and dependable handling. HEULE offers standard deburring tools and customer-specific solutions for various applications.

Chamfering Tools
All HEULE chamfering tools enable economic front and back chamfering in one single pass. It removes the burrs and chamfers the edges without requiring the workpiece to be turned or the spindle to be stopped. The tool systems have been designed for machining large batch sizes. HEULE offers standard chamfering tools and customer-specific solutions for various applications.

Counterboring Tools
All HEULE counterboring tools machine the back of the bore without turning the workpiece – the SOLO tool can even machine both bore edges in one operation. Cylindrical counterbores, formed counterbores, backspotfacing and chatter-free countersinking are possible applications. HEULE offers standard counterboring tools and customer-specific solutions for various applications.

Combination Drilling Tools
The HEULE combination drilling tools offer an efficient combination of drilling and front and back chamfering in one single pass. The bore is complete when there is a chamfer on both edges. VEX combines HEULE SNAP chamfer technology with HEULE VEX drilling technology.
