NEW – PREMIERE of the compact, user-friendly 5-axis machining center
The latest development from FEHLMANN offers an economically and technologically highly attractive solution for modern 5-axis machining. This compact and precise CNC machine impresses with its user-friendliness, quality and powerful machine components. The integrated, directly driven rotary/swivel axes allow reliable and economical 5-axis positioning or simultaneous milling of simple 5-axis workpieces up to complex geometries. This new development is ideal for training and small batch production as well as for dynamic 5-axis precision machining. Let us surprise you!
NEW – Economical production of series and single parts
Exclusively at our booth, we will present the VERSA 745 5-axis high performance machining center with the new automation solution from Erowa. This extremely compact and versatile solution enables the automation of workpieces up to 150 kg and sets new standards in terms of the number of pallet positions and space requirements. Complex contours in a variety of materials, both hardened and unhardened steels, can be machined with high productivity in 5 axes. The entire system is fully controlled and monitored by the FEHLMANN Milling Center Manager MCM™. Due to the high user-friendliness of both the machine and the MCM™, the FEHLMANN automation solution is not only economical for series production, but also for small batch sizes.
Conventional manual and/or CNC
The PICOMAX 56 milling machine is ideal for the simple production of single parts and small batches.
This milling machine is optimized for simple conventional milling tasks and allows a step-by-step introduction to modern machining technology without programming knowledge. At the touch of a button, the machine enables the use of advanced CNC technologies such as trochoidal machining, 3D contouring and more.
State-of-the-art control technology with the new HEIDENHAIN TNC7
